There are two Free Internet Phone Services Available:
The first is Google Phone. This service is free as long as you have a Gmail account set up. The down side is that you do not have a phone number and the receiving end can call you back. Trying to call friends might be difficult, unless they know you are calling ahead of time.
The second is Skype. No cost if you connect to another Skype customer that has already signed up. The other great feature is the ability to use the web cam. If you call any one else outside if Skype there will be some costs.
